Return or Change of Mind
Return not accepted.
Change of mind within 24hrs of placing the order will be offered a refund. 5% would be deducted from the total value of the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and advise you with a solution. Notify us within 24hrs of delivery.

Or alternatively, you can directly take the product to our local location in Baththaramulla
The package can be handed over on Tuesdays between 10.00 am to 1.30 pm / Thursdays between 4.30 pm to 7.00 pm. Excluding public holidays.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your refund request will be processed within 14days.

Fulfillment Refunds
Stock Inventory is located in 2 locations Sri Lanka and Australia. Your order can be fulfilled at both locations once the order is confirmed. When placing the order please make a note of the stock availability location that is advised below the product price. If you are not happy with your fulfillment location and would like to cancel your order within 24hrs of placing the order, we will refund your order. 5% would be deducted from the total value of the order.
Item Expiry
If an expiry date on a pre-order from Australia is less than 6month from the purchase date, we will offer you a full refund. This does not apply to purchases done on stocked items in Sri Lanka.
